Dame Arlene Phillips
Gareth cast Arlene as one of the 4 original judges on Strictly Come Dancing. They went on to work together again on So You Think You Can Dance for the BBC. And remain close friends to this day.

Sisco Gomez: BBC, CBBC, ITV
Gareth first cast Sisco as one of the judges on the UK version of So You Think You Can Dance. He was an unknown to the BBC and went on to present shows for CBBC, ITV and abroad. We loved working with him!
