Lady Gaga And Liza Minnelli At The Academy Awards

We talk a lot to our clients about presenting with warmth. You want to be relatable for your audience - giving information in an accessible way. Too often we concentrate on the 'professional' rather than simply coming across as someone 'relatable'. We love this clip of Lady Gaga at the Academy Awards presenting with Liza Minnelli - it's a great example of how warmth can make an audience connect.
