Gareth is one of the UK’s most respected TV Producers and Media Coaches. He has produced programmes for all the major broadcasters — BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, SKY and BBC News — and has worked with many of TV’s biggest presenters, alongside coaching global brands including ASOS, NIKE, Porsche, Amazon, Prudential and Condé Nast.
With over 20 years in television and media, Gareth has produced a huge range of hit shows and award-winning series across Entertainment, Features and News. His credits include Strictly Come Dancing, So You Think You Can Dance, The Hit List, TOTP, Later… with Jools Holland, Royal Variety, Eurovision Song Contest, Pitch Battle, The Weakest Link, Blue Peter, Watchdog and National Lottery shows. He has also produced his own commissioned Channel 4 documentaries, and worked in LA as a Broadcast Journalist for BBC News.
Gareth has a strong track record in discovering and shaping new presenting talent. As a BBC Talent Executive he cast and produced the four original Strictly Come Dancing judges — Arlene Phillips, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman — now globally recognised TV personalities. He has helped launch new faces across the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Channel 5 and ABC America.
He has extensive Development experience too, heading creative teams for the BBC and independent production companies. Gareth has had ideas commissioned across all major channels, from big Saturday night formats like Pitch Battle to Channel 4 documentaries such as The Man with 80 Wives.
Presenters Gareth has worked with include Graham Norton, Zoe Ball, Claudia Winkleman, Marvin Humes, Sara Cox, Rochelle Humes, Roman Kemp, Sir Bruce Forsyth, Cat Deeley, Christine Bleakley, Gary Lineker, Rylan Clark, AJ Odudu, Tess Daly and Sir Richard Branson — as well as global stars such as Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Placido Domingo, Carrie Fisher, Sir Elton John and Simon Cowell.
Since launching The Presenter Studio in 2006, Gareth and Leon have brought their industry expertise into the corporate world, delivering presentation skills coaching, media training and keynote talks. Clients include Prudential PLC, ASOS, Lush Cosmetics, NIKE, GQ, British Vogue, Porsche, Red Bull, The Huffington Post, Virgin Business, Amazon, Sage, SEGA, Deliciously Ella and The Bank of East Asia.Gareth has also worked as a presenter for BBC News and continues to present on TV, radio and at live events — including work for BBC, Channel 5, Amazon and QVC, and hosting events from the Orlando Benefit Concert to Leaders of Great Britain. He has delivered keynote speeches at major conferences including Convex and Confex.
Gareth is also a qualified Life Coach. And his guilty pleasure? Chocolate.

BAFTA and National Television Award-winning Leon Campbell has been shaping TV for over 20 years, responsible for some of the UK’s biggest shows. He is currently co-Executive Producer on Channel 4’s award-winning series Gogglebox and has worked with global brands including Red Bull, ASOS, Porsche and Deliciously Ella.
Leon has produced programmes across all major UK channels and genres, from Children’s and Entertainment to Features. His credits include Big Brother, X Factor,Take Me Out, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, The Restaurant and the BAFTA-winning Gogglebox. He has won multiple awards, including three National Television Awards and has produced major live events such as The O2 shows and the Closing Ceremony for the 2012 Paralympics with Coldplay.
Starting his career at the BBC, Leon worked across Entertainment, Children’s, Arts, Factual Entertainment and Factual programming, before becoming a freelance producer for leading UK independent production companies. He has worked with household names including David Beckham, Dermot O’Leary, Leona Lewis, Katherine Jenkins, Zoe Ball and Sir Bruce Forsyth.
Leon has also spent much of his career developing new programme ideas for major networks, collaborating with companies including BBC, Endemol, IWC, North One, Talkback, Thames and Shine. He is a former presenter, having hosted his own show on Nickelodeon and appeared as a guest on Big Brother’s Bit on the Side on Channel 5.
When he’s not producing TV, Leon’s guilty pleasure is… musicals.
