I really liked that it was not too corporate (no PowerPoint or slides to stare at) and lots of practice in groups and as individuals. There were loads from the session that were useful! Gareth was great, I think he had a really nice balance between encouragement and direction. Content was generally very good. I think the duration and pace was pretty much perfect. It didn’t feel repetitive and there was no down time, but it also felt complete and not rushed at any point.
